The former HOW 51T was on Rail Replacement (standby) duties at Crewe on Sunday, now with Orion Travel and registered OT51 BUS

They might not have the route in 2 months time. Based on them losing the 289, 27 and the 200, I would guess D&G will win the 48 as well. New contract is out for tender with the start date 27/07/2019
