Are they upgrading to Sapphire to compete with Firsts 575? I have noticed that it seems to fill the best around Wigan then quickly empty's on its way to Bolton Also I'm guessing they will operate it later in the evening once it becomes Sapphire. Also a lot of customers seem to prefer Firsts 575 I'm guessing this is because they are the dominant Bolton operator with more routes also i think Arriva is more expensive in Greater Manchester compared to both First and stagecoach. First also operate later than Arriva currently.
