Alex is right. The 6 board runs dead to Middlesbrough to operate the 17:37 departure Service 28, before working on to evening Service 5B to Easington. The 28 board works on to Service 5 at 17:45. The reason for this is solely due to there being no staff buggy in Middlesbrough for a duty which finished at half past 5 on the old rota - so drivers had no transport back to the depot. This new (and rather odd) bus working pattern solves that problem. |
