From what I can remember its not the first time that Runcorn would have operated 360 route, I'm pretty sure they operated it many years ago (maybe back in the late 90s early 00s) and I'm pretty certain back then it used to interwork at Warrington with 110.

If I'm right it was in the brief period between when Haydock Depot closed before St Helens started operating the route.
