I'm wondering what's going to happen on the Sundays leading up to Christmas. Last year all the Christmas shoppers were encouraged to travel on Sunday not Saturday due to the RMT strikes. At present Northern are cancelling Sunday services left, right and centre and it's not unknown for no replacement buses or for a 4 car train to be replaced by a 50 seater coach and a minibus. |
