it was a mistake the Vynls were for Gemini 7402 and were accidentally put on 4599! how can one do that

Seems not, fully expect 4599 is likely to end up at Speke come 6 September along with most, if not all the current St Helens Enviro400's........

I was going to say that I expected that these were going to Speke to replace the DB300s.

721 & 723 have announcements which leaves 719 as the last SR at St Helens yet to be accounted for.

What's planned for the current Arriva buses in St Helens? Take it by the new next stop destination displays fitted to many of the buses there, they intend to keep on running them.

As JS now belongs to the LCRCA and is used by Stagecoach, they would probably want all Arriva vehicles off the premises.
