Class 805s have been undertaking training runs fron Edge Hill Depot . The current unit based there is 805009 and the diagram is 3A92 0911 Edge Hill Depot-Euston 3f93 13o5 Euston-Edge Hill Depo 3N27 1611 Edge Hill Depot-Northampton 3F79 1956 Northampton-Liverpool Lime Street 5F79 2257 Liverpool Lime Street-Edge Hill Depot All time rail mileage travelled 327264 miles |

RTT shows both 805005 and 805009 were on Chester/Holyhead runs yesterday. The diagram that was 10 cars was showing as a pair of Voyagers, so maybe they're sticking with keeping the 805s in single formation for now? |

There were a pair of Voyagers on a Holyhead service this morning 805005 also passed me a short while ago heading 1D87 towards Bangor, so it looks like a mix of both fleets for that route for a while yet |

They have been operating seven days a week, and in ten car formations since the timetable change. ; Most if not all appear in RTT as in cl.805 times south of Crewe wether booked 221 or 805, so that is no guide . |

807001/03-08 have all been noted in service whilst 807009 has been released by Hitachi and is noe at Wembley ICD. All time rail mileage travelled 327264 miles |

Was surprised to hear an announcement at Stockport this morning for an Avanti service from Milton Keynes Central to Blackpool North stopping there. RTT says it's unadvertised and for staffing reasons but the station announcer announced it: https://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/service...allox_id=0 |

Not sure if this was one but numerous trains were shown on journey check as calling additionally at Stockport. I seem to recall something about a problem with stopping the public joining if the doors were released for staff. There are Stockport staff only stops on 26th so may be worth watching ; What seemed odd to me was that these trains were running via the Trent Valley when the booked daytime Blackpool Avanti services currently go via Birmingham which wasn't blocked. ; Perhaps even more oddly there is a Glasgow-Blackpool Tuesday to Friday from 27 TO 30TH when the block is Stafford-Rugby. |
