Who have also announced that they have 3 more due, It would have to be from here or the recently, and oddly, re-taxed R311 WVR at Winsford!

I am surprised that peoplesbus want them as you could say its a step backwards for their fleet, have they gained some school work somewhere.

Peoplesbus have also acquired DAF DB250 V715LWT as well.

Well, that's news to me. I was driving that bus not two hours ago!!
As far as I know, 3615 is remaining at Southport. I was speaking to Andrew yesterday when he picked up 3312 and he was saying that he did ask our Depot Engineer if it was for sale, but was told that it wasn't.

I remember being told about a situation in 1987 where Hyndburn Transport phoned one morning to enquire whether Leopards 7003 and 7008 were for sale to be told not. By lunchtime they had put in an offer and bought them to add to their growing fleet of Leopards for new East Lancashire to Manchester express services.
Back to 3615, I would have thought it would go sooner rather than later with it being step entrance. Also I would think it would be dependent on cascades as a result of the DLPs receiving attention in Blackburn before delivery to North West.

Well, apparently 3615 is departing for Wales at the weekend. I don't know for what purpose, but I'm not happy as it's a cracking bus - by far the best DAF we have.
