75% of trips which were removed are being reinstated so a revised timetable is still technically in operation as the other 25% are still cancelled.
Lakes Line is fully back up and running
Ormskirk is still missing 6 services (Ran by RRB)
13 services missing between Colne and Blackpool South (Ran by RRB)
Some trips are apparently removed between Blackburn and Southport via MCV
6 trips missing between Kirkby and Manchester
Liverpool timetable is as normal I think (except Glazebrook has 1 return RRB Mon-Fri to Irlam for some random reason. Surely it would be easier to make the train stop http://prntscr.com/kccklb )

Also Liverpool - Wigan/Blackpool returns back to 3tph/1tph from tomorrow as well as the through Liverpool - Manchester - Crewe service although there will be a limited Liverpool - Warrington Bank Quay service until September.

323 227 has been in and out of Liverpool Lime street over the past few days on driver training duties between Liverpool and Wigan.

170472 and 170473 have arrived at Crewe today in unbranded Spotrail, presumably to be painted.

Painted and refurbished*. Two other ones are going/have gone to Newton Heath for crew training purposes ahead of their introduction on Southport to Leeds services.
* New seat cushions and covers, new carpets, internal repaint, USB charging points (if not already fitted) and wifi.
