'Cooling system' and a price tag of £5000 sounds more extensive than a fan to me. I suspect there's further work planned for them but as ever stand to be corrected.

Are you sure it's 4098?
4098 is also reported as being on the 37A from Sandbach today!

Thats what hes said, 4098 was a Wrexham bus but is now at Winsford basically.

It was last at Rhyl (replaced there by Enviro400s), then stored in Wrexham. Glad it's managed to see service again though - when I last had it a few years ago on the 12 in Rhyl, it was fantastic for a DLA!

All the vehicles i posted about being at Wrexham are all pool buses for Wales but the DLA's where not needed anywhere in Wales, so they got sent elsewhere with 4030 being sold although that apparently went to Winsford, Pool buses at Wrexham now are all single deck being Dennis Darts

Yh sorry about that guys, forgot to mention its now at winsford with poss another headed our way as their to replace 4042/4141 which are withdrawn.
Fantastic DLA, really quick & accelerates well plus for a DLA it hill climbs pretty well which most don't!!!

Well if you are correct and that it does come from Wrexham it will be S241JUA (4041) as that was that will be the only one left with 4030 being sold

4030 is definitely at Winsford (along with 4098), so they must be getting some mileage out of it before its new owners take it away.
