153320 and 153922 were on the Lime St to Chester yesterday.
Can anyone please enlighten me as to the difference between a 153/3 and a 153/9 as there was one of each on the service that I reported last week, thanks

A 153/0 is fully PRM compliant whereas a 153/9 isn't
