All depends which depot your on about, Birkenhead or St Helens. All I know is the management and then the union are in calls early tommoz morning....as far as I'm aware no management from depots was involved. It was between head office in Sunderland, area management from Ormskirk Road and the Metro Mayor office.

Sounds like this could be about the announcement to operators, rather than the public announcement, which maybe the boss was referring to.

Sounds like a bit of a shambles to me and doesn’t bode well if they can’t even get announcement dates right.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm now hearing that it is a one week delay. Have you heard anything similar?

Heard next Friday, the delay was due to a legal matter...its better to delay and do things the correct way than get it wrong.
