RE: Wigan Buses Limited - Mayneway - 12/05/2015 21:22 I think Wigan Buses, Bullocks and Checkmate are the only companies left in Manchster which use the very outdated Wayfarer 2 ticket machines which is what produced your ticket above Bolton Bus Basher. I know a couple of years back I acquired an any bus daysaver from Stotts and had similar problems with drivers from bigger firms having a very good look which is annoying. Wigan Coachways still use them, Maybe Go Goodwins? but yea, think i will avoid getting a System One on their Buses in future as its not worth all the hassle that comes with it RE: Wigan Buses Limited - Pocket Dart - 13/05/2015 08:01 (12/05/2015 09:02)bolton bus basher Wrote: On Saturday i ended up on a Wigan Buses LTD Bus and asked for a Bus and Train System one, i got a Ticket from an old style Ticket Machine and the Driver stamped on the Ticket that it was a System One (however it did not state what type of System One it was!) I have added a photo of the Ticket A System One bus and train ticket should only be £6.60. RE: Wigan Buses Limited - T42 PVM - 13/05/2015 08:05 After a google search your right!, shows how bad a firm is if they cant even charge people the correct price for a Ticket... http://www.systemonetravelcards.co.uk/travelcards/details/daysaver-bus-train RE: Wigan Buses Limited - Mayneway - 13/05/2015 08:47 (12/05/2015 21:46)bolton bus basher Wrote: Wigan Coachways still use them, Maybe Go Goodwins? but yea, think i will avoid getting a System One on their Buses in future as its not worth all the hassle that comes with it Go Goodwins and M Travel use Wayfarer 3's which produce slightly better tickets. I would drop system one an email telling them you were wrongly charged. It might only be 20p but it's not really fair that thier charging a higher price than advertised. RE: Wigan Buses Limited - Scania1996 - 05/08/2015 11:25 The latest addition to the fleet is Ex Stagecoach Lancaster Solo YN04 XYY (new to Kirkby Lonsdale Coach Hire) RE: Wigan Buses Limited - jonesy3001 - 05/08/2015 11:33 47249, think it was in blue livery.
